Process:

• Enable and verify the correct distribution of different types of voltage and equipment installations in the unit.

• Uncoupling and disassembly of the unit underframe, in the department, and cabin.
  Cleaning and decontamination of the unit's exterior and interior.

• Assembly of: doors, windows, flooring, ceilings, electrical wiring, conduit, panels in department, underframe, and cabin.

• Modernization of traction system, auxiliary equipment, and replacement of control and power wiring.

• Testing of pneumatic valves and braking systems.

• Maintenance of electromechanical systems.

• Load and slip tests.

• Tuning, static, and dynamic tests.

• After modernization: Verify and enable auxiliary systems and user information systems.

• Delivery of a modernized unit for commercial use.
